This bangle is 12g sterling, with 18g coil beads. I got the
idea for the wavy shape when a lampwork order arrived in an envelope
and the wire securing the beads had twisted--I just liked the
way it looked and played with the beads and wire until I was
happy with the result. I'm constantly fascinated with the direction
wire & metal work takes me. I began bending wire 2 years
ago because I wanted a pair of chandelier earrings. I love the
feel of working with metal, and enjoy heavier gauges of wire
as well as sheet. I begin with a basic design or idea and let
the project unfold, often with a different result from my original
