Jump Ringer System - Standard |
The Standard Jump Ringer System is the most economical choice
in making round jump rings. This system comes with three mandrels
that are 3 ¾ inches long (diameters: .94, .0141,
and .234). From top to bottom, the system includes a coiled
holder, blade arbor with blade and blade guide, a winder, 3 mandrels
and a Jacobs key. |

Both the Standard and High Production Jump Ringer Systems require
a motor to operate them. The manufacturer is specific about what
motor should be used to power the equipment. He recommends the
Foredom Flex shaft |

To keep the motor cool and to extend the life of your blade,
use a stick lubricant such as Cut Lube. The stick is applied
to the coil before cutting. Instruction are provided with the
Jump Ringer System. |

Although the Standard Jump Ringer System comes with 3 mandrels,
you may want to consider purchasing a set of 16 round mandrels.
You will thus have easy access to making a large variety of jump
ring diameters. |
